Last weekend the whole family headed to Jekyll Island, Georgia for a wedding. Warning: Lots of pictures ahead!
We arrived Thursday afternoon, where we promptly headed out to the beach, and hung out with my parents and my brother and his wife. While we were hanging out Thing 4 found a handful of complete sand dollars.
On Friday morning, the oldest boys spent the morning playing golf with Daddy Cameron and member of the wedding party. I took the youngest kiddos down to driftwood beach, where they hung out with my family and tried to catch crabs.
We then headed to the beach and the pool at the hotel for a while before we took a nice long rest before we enjoyed a night of festivities.
Saturday morning was a bit rainy, so while Daddy Cameron played golf, PaPaw, YaYa and I took the kids to the Georgia Sea Turtle Center where we spent the morning learning all about different sea turtles and the work the center is doing to try to save as many of the turtles as possible.
Much like Friday, the afternoon was spent resting before a night of wedding celebration.
Despite the late night, the kids were up bright and early the next morning, so we took Daddy Cameron, Thing 1 and Thing 2 back to driftwood beach, where the kids had a great time crab hunting and fish catching.
It was a great trip. One I know the boys will never forget.
Just another weekend Raising the Cameron Clan!
